Investigating LED temperature effects

Added a new article this week about what can happen to fluorescence measurement as the temperature of the excitation LED varies:-

  • 12% variation over 10˚C – without normalising by the excitation intensity;
  • 6% variation over 10˚C after normalising.

Also added some nice animations of fluorescein dissolving in water here.
